Please read these policies carefully before booking your trip.

Payment Policy

Reservations are tentative until 50% advance payment is received. Balance must be paid at least 3 days before arrival. Failure to pay in full will result in cancellation without refund.

  • 50% payment at booking is mandatory to confirm all services.
  • Balance payment must be completed before tour commencement.
  • Hotel/cruise confirmations require advance payment.
  • 100% payment required for Sea Shell Hotels, Coral Reef Resort, Barefoot, Munjoh Resort, Taj Exotica.
  • GST @ 5% is included in all prices.
  • Payment gateway charges (Credit/Debit Card or online payments) will be added as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time via written notification. Charges per person are:

  • ≥ 45 days before arrival: ₹1,000 per person
  • 44–31 days before arrival: 30% of tour cost
  • 30–11 days before arrival: 50% of tour cost
  • ≤ 10 days before arrival: 70% of tour cost
  • No refunds for cancellations between 15 Dec–15 Jan once advance payment is received.
  • Subject to any third-party service provider cancellation fees.
  • No refunds for Sea Shell Hotels, Coral Reef Resort, Barefoot, Munjoh Resort, Taj Exotica once advance payment is received.

Terms & Conditions

  • Peak Season Surcharge: Extra charges apply for 15 Dec–15 Jan and mandatory gala dinners (Christmas/New Year’s Eve).
  • Hotel Changes: Once confirmed, hotels cannot be changed. Please review all details before booking.
  • Room Occupancy: Standard rooms accommodate 3 people; children under 5 stay free. Extra mattress charges apply.
  • Check-In/Out: Standard check-out is 8 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is at hotel discretion and paid directly by guests.
  • Meals: Breakfast is not provided on arrival day. Extra services (spa, diving, bar, etc.) are settled directly with the vendor.
  • Itinerary Changes: We may adjust sequence to suit availability without reducing total nights or services.
  • Ferry Timings: Subject to government changes. We are not liable for delays; backup options are guest’s responsibility.
  • Guide Authority: Tours may be rerouted for safety, weather, or road conditions.
  • Behavior: Andaman is peaceful. Offensive language toward staff is prohibited.
  • Child Age Proof: Mandatory for children & infants (under 2 yrs). Without proof, child rates apply.

Force Majeure Cancellations

  • Events beyond control (pandemics, natural disasters, cancellations, disturbances, etc.) will be refunded per our standard cancellation policy.
  • Liability limited to services provided. Hotel/cruise refunds only to extent recovered from providers.
  • TropiGo Adventures is not liable for 100% refunds under force majeure.
